Refund policy
Lounge Session Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel your cat lounge session for a full refund with an email to frontdesk@felinegoodsocialclub.com at least 24 hours in advance of your session time. We cannot accept requests to reschedule or cancel by phone or voicemail.
With 24 Hours Advance Notice: If you would like to reschedule your visit, we will contact you via phone or email to make new arrangements. For a cancellation, we will send a full refund back to the original payment method.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice: We cannot process a cancellation or refund for your cat lounge session with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled visit.
Merchandise Return Policy
Feline Good Social Club merchandise comes with a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can visit the lounge in person or contact us at frontdesk@felinegoodsocialclub.com. Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you all the information you need to process your return. If an item is shipped to us without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that we can accept the return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Feline Good Social Club does not accept returns of face masks. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and make your funds available to you.
